The event clubhouse is at Sun Postal Sports Club, Bellmount Wood Avenue. The course is a mostly off-road scenic event with some hilly sections. It starts in Cassiobury at 10am (a change from the previously advertised 11am). For entry details visit the Runners World website. Sharon Davidson who lives locally can be contacted for training runs in the area or around the course. Many of you will have received a message from Sharon inviting members back to her canal boat after the run. I would encourage our runners first to return to the Clubhouse where last year there was a free prize draw using the running number of all entrants. With lots of runners not present to collect their prize they missed out. I assume there will be a repeat. Returning to the Clubhouse is also an opportunity to continue our Club publicity. It will also give Sharon time to prepare for the visit of VRUK members & contacts. It is about a mile away on foot and I can take you there. Going by car and parking is another issue that Sharon can answer.
