The course is mostly on paths within the park and consists of two laps. At the 2006 event 3 vegans ran in this event including Paul Snell who saw members wearing the vest and decided that he must join.

For entry details visit http://www.conductive-education.org.uk . Entry fee £6 for VRUK members otherwise £8 and no entries on the day. With a limit of 250 you will also need to enter early. Limited changing facilities are located at the Race HQ in the National Institute for Conductive Education where you can leave your baggage. Allow extra time to walk from the main car park near MAC across to the Race HQ & the Start a little further away.

I have quoted a start time of 9am to allow enough time to be ready for the actual start at 10am.

If there is time we can have a photo taken before the start and again after finishing. We can meet up again at the Race HQ for refreshments. Hopefully I will bring along a supply of soya!
