SEAA 10K Open Road Race
The South of England AA regional 10K road race is being held at the Crystal Palace National Sports Stadium, a historic / grand location where major international track events are held. I assume that the course is likely to start and finish on the track and will be held entirely within the grounds of Crystal Palace Park which will be multiple laps. The run starts at 11am which helps travel planning.

The event is an Open 10k as well as a championship race so runners of all abilities are encouraged to enter. For an entry form from the SEAA website please click here.

After the event and presentation of awards, if there is interest we could go to a local cafe / pub if suitable catering can be found in advance and/or revisit the historic sites of the park.
